Solo Photos are for one person alone - 1 person in 1 photo, revealing your individual aura. Duo Photos are for 2 people together - 2 persons in 1 photo, revealing your combined aura. Duo Photos do not reveal individual energies or auras.

We are only able to accommodate up to 2 adults or 2 children 7+ per photo together during a duo photo.

A child under the age of 7 is able to be in a duo photo with 2 adults as a family experience, however their aura does not show up / is not being picked up by the hand sensors designed for one left hand, and one right hand.

All Color of Our Energy photo appointments are self discovery. This means your appointment includes access to our private community portal to learn about and interpret your aura! This process has been created to empower you to learn about your aura colors and to uncover what they could mean for you in this chapter of your life.

A verbal reading / interpretation of your aura photo is not provided during your in-person photo appointment beyond a brief overview of the informational card provided for you to take home.

You will receive an email with access information to the community portal area within a couple of hours after your scheduled appointment time.

We are available for private requests at our studio locations for groups of 4+ persons. Maximum number of persons we can accomodate vary by location based on studio size.

We are happy to accommodate children ages 7+ for solo sittings. The hands of children under the age of 7 are unfortunately too small for the adult-sized hand sensors to be 100% accurate. We are unable to photograph newborns, infants or toddlers by themselves.

Our furry friends require special equipment that is shared between our studio locations, and lives at our Detroit location.

Appointments are available on occasion in Detroit, Seattle, and San Francisco - generally once a year on pet photo only specific dates. We will make an announcement when and if this becomes available!

We are unable to photograph you and your pet together as the made for human hand sensors are not designed to pick up animal auras.

We respect your time and energy, and we hope you will respect ours also. All aura photo purchases are final.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate refunds or no-shows. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late past your scheduled time, your appointment will be considered forfeit. We are unable to transfer your appointment to a later date, a different location, or provide a reschedule.

If you're unable to make it to your appointment for any reason, you're more than welcome to send a friend in your place, gift your aura photo appointment to a friend, or transfer your time slot to someone else, similar to a ticket for a concert or sporting event.
